Biography
Stephen Phinney was born on 10 March 1763 in Gorham, Maine. His parents were Edmund Phinney and Elizabeth "Betty" Meserve [1].
He married Anne Huston on 22 September 1788. Stephen passed away on 27 November 1800 in Gorham and is buried in South Street Cemetery.
