Biography
Richard Phinney was born on March 7, 1857 in Midgic, New Brunswick.[1] He was the son of Miles Phinney and Rebecca Wheaton.
Richard died on May 11, 1860 and was buried in the Midgic Cemetery.[2] Cemetery transcript says he was 4 years, 3 months old, but difference between date on birth record and cemetery transcript is 3 years, 2 months. Transcript to be validated.
