Lucielle Piatkowski was born about June 1895 in Wisconsin, daughter of Frank Piatkowski (~1868–~1957) and Kataryna Lindner (1868–1939).

Lucielle passed away on 23 November 1967 in Milwaukee, United States, aged about 72. She was buried in Holy Cross Cemetery and Mausoleum, Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.^{[2] [3]}
