DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Thomas by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.

I believe this record is for this Thomas Plummer. I'm researching for Plummers and related and according to records I've found his DOD here is incorrect. His DOD should be 1728.
I've found copy of his will, which was written in 1726 and probated 1728.
I added the documentation I found as sources. Thomas Plummer is spose to be my Eighth great grandfather. Those came from Maryland state archives. So good sources for him.
Regarding the June 20,2013 question. Thomas Plummer Sr.'s wife Elizabeth Stockett (b. 1662, d. 08 Jul 1736) has Thomas Stockett and Mary Wells are her parents. When Elizabeth was young, her mother, Mary Wells Stockett re-married to George Yate(s) on May 1671. Elizabeth then started going by the last name of Yate(s).
I believe you are one generation off on your plummers. Thomas Plummer Sr. was married to Elizabeth Stockett. These two are not only my 7th great grandparents but I have proven this line to Elizabeth's father Thomas Stockett to join the Colonial Dames.
Plummer-265 and Plummer-111 appear to represent the same person because: Thomas Plummer, Jr is the son of Thomas Plummer, Sr and Elizabeth Smith. Thomas Plummer, Jr is married to Elizabeth Stockett, daughter of Thomas and Mary Wells Stockett.
I think Thomas Plummer, Jr is married to Elizabeth Stockett. She was born about the same time as the death of her father, Thomas Stockett, in 1670 or 71. Thomas Plummer, Jr. was born about 1668, making them almost the same age. Sometimes Elizabeth Stockett is called Elizabeth Yate(?), because her mother remarried shortly after her birth.
