Rachel was born about 1785 in Allegany County, Maryland, based on Census and Marriage Records. She was the daughter of Martin C Poling and Lettice Ann LNU.
Rachel Poling married Richard Poling on 22 Jul 1802 in Monongalia County, Virginia. The marriage was Solemnized by the Reverend John Patterson.
Rachel passed away after the 1880 Census, probably in Brown County, Indiana was she was living with her granddaughter.
