Biography

Nancy Poling, the daughter of Samuel M Poling and Margaret Black, was born about 1812 based on her being 20 when she married.

Nancy Poling married Benjamin Phillips on 5 January 1832 in Randolph County, Virginia. They had the following known children, based on her father's Will.

  1. Jefferson b.1832-1835
  2. Harmon b. 1832-1385

Nancy passed away before 21 February 1837 when Benjamin married Eve Poling, widow of George Poling.
