When Gladys Marie Post was born on March 23, 1925,[1] in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, her father, Andrew, was 38, and her mother, Parilee, was 34.[2] She married at least three people - let me explain. She first married to Wilburn Richard "Dick" Huitt (1918–2008) on January 22, 1928;[3] their children are:
"She married and divorced (2) Cletus Gillum (1920–2006); no children; she then remarried Wilburn Richard "Dick" Huitt who she later divorced and then married Louie R. McLain (1920–1965). This marriage produced two children:"
She died on March 12, 1997, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, at the age of 71, and was buried in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.[4]
