Note DI1958Funeral services for Marshall Prashaw, 83 a former resident of this town were held from St. Andrew's R. C. church at Norwood on Tuesday morning. A requiem mass was sung by Rev. J. E. Duffy, pastor of St. Andrew's church at 9:30 a. in. Mr. Prashaw died suddenly Sunday at 2 a. m. at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Vernon Claflin, on North Main street. Death was due to heart trouble. 'Mr. Prashaw is survived by six adult children. Mrs. John LaRue of Norwood, Mrs. Orvilie Carney of Massena, Mrs. David Sharlow of Brasher, Frank Prashaw of Massena, Mrs Eugene Lawson of Plumbrook, Mrs. Vernon Claflin of Norwood. Interment was made in St. Patrick's R C. cemetery beside that of his wife who passed away some years Ago. 8 Oct 1930, Malone Farmer.
