Mary, whose parents are unknown, was born circa 1687, and died before 22 Nov 1752 at Orange County, VA, when husband Alexander signed a deed alone.[1]
She married Alexander CLEVELAND, son of Roger CLEVELAND and Dorcas ALEXANDER?, before 1712 at Gloucester County, VA; children (surname CLEVELAND):[1][2]

John - b. 31 Jul 1714; d. 26 Nov 1778; m. Elizabeth COFFEY
Grace - b. 1 Sep 1716; m. Edward COFFEY brother of Elizabeth
William - b. 23 Feb 1718/19; d. bef 29 May 1788; m. Mary —
Benjamin - b. 21 Nov 1721; d. 20 Oct 1748
Research Notes
According to Grace S Green, "Alexander's wife was named Mary unknown (there is no Mildred Presley yet found associated with this family."[1] Most Ancestry trees and SAR applications are incorrect.
In addition, neither Jeremiah, Jane, Micajah nor Elizabeth who married James Coffey were Alexander's children.[1]
The family lore that she lived to be 103 and died 3 days before her husband seems implausible and is probably based in inaccurate birth dates.
