The records of Giles County show there is a David Sr. & a David Jr. In 1810 they were disposed in a lawsuit as witnesses for the Harman lawsuit. making David Jr. about 30 year old at that time. There is a will of 1858 , attributed to David Jr. In it, he lists his children Henry, John Sally, Agnes, Westa, Virginia and to some grandchildren named "Sartin"
