Drusilla (Prickett) Joliff was born in Monongalia County, Virginia.

Drusilla was born on 28 February 1783 in Monongalia County, Virginia, the ninth of eleven known children and fifth of seven daughters of Josiah and Charity Taylor Prickett.

On 16 March 1801, a few days after her eighteenth birthday, Drusilla married James Joliff in Monongalia County, and bore him ten known children, five sons and five daughters, including

  1. Collins Joliffe
  2. Hezekiah Jolliff M. D.
On 26 May 1870, at the age of eighty-seven, Drusilla died of unknown causes in Wetzel County, West Virginia and is buried there in the Jolliffe Cemetery at Pine Grove,
