In 1841 Mary Ann Punchard (age 11) lived at Church Yard in Rattlesden with her father Jeremiah (40-44), mother Sarah (40-44), and twelve siblings: John (20-24), Susan (19-23), Jeremiah (17-21), William (15-19), Eliza (10), Charles (9), Ellen (7), Emma (6), Caroline (5), Ann (3), Henry (2), and George (0).[2]
Mary Ann had three children out of wedlock: Herbert Punchard (1848-1856), Charles Punchard (1851-1853), and Sarah Ann Punchard (1854-).
In 1851 Mary Ann Panchard (age 21) lived in Rattlesden as a servant in the household of Robt Kent (Farmer of 150 Acres).[3] Her son Herbert (3) lived with her parents.[4]
Mary Ann Punchard passed away in 1855, aged 25 years.[5]
Buried on 19 Mar 1855 at Rattlesden Parish Churchyard.
