Biography
Ethel was born in 1879. She was the daughter of William Purton and Elizabeth Elmer and the twin sister of Lillias. Keeping it "all in the family", Ethel married Robert William Stagg, younger brother of Ethel's step-mother, Elizabeth Ann Stagg. She passed away in 1962. [1]
