Biography
Joseph Randolph was born on December 25, 1825 in Kentucky, USA, son of John Randolph (1786–1863) and Sarah R Curls (1788–1871).
Joseph (21) married Rachel Gastineau (17) (born on July 28, 1829 in Kentucky; daughter of George Gastineau and Mary Ann (Roper) Gastineau) on May 17, 1847 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Their children were:
- Mary Jane Randolph (1848–1919) .
- James Henry Randolph (1849–1867) .
- Martha Ann Randolph (1856–1914) .
- James Walker Randolph (1858–1914)
Joseph died on May 3, 1918 in Jasper County, Illinois, aged 92. He was buried in Wheeler Cemetery, Wheeler, Jasper County, Illinois.[1]
