DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Catherine by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Catherine:
Randolf-27 and Randolph-990 appear to represent the same person because: According to D.A.R. record A012296 for John Boreland [Bourland], he was married to Catherine Randolph.
Removed Richard Randolph and Anne (Nancy) Meade as parents. She was not one of the listed Children for them. Research places her as the daughter of John Randolph and Catherine Smalley.
Randolf-27 and Randolph-990 are not ready to be merged because: appears to be same women but perhaps multiple marriages not all recorded in profile. But the place of death for each is in a different state
Are there any sources for this marriage? I can find from Catherine's parents all the way to and including Pocahontas to john Rolfe, but not this one. My wife and I would love to prove this connection.

Randolf-27 should be merged into Randolph-990
