Frances Margaret Rankin was born 10 July 1858 in Des Moines County, Iowa. [1] She was the daughter of Archibald August Rankin and Lydia Blair. She passed away 12 August 1934 in Burlington Township, Des Moines, Iowa. She was interred in Kossuth Cemetery, Mediapolis, Des Moines County, Iowa. [1]
