Reginar-21 and Reginar-2 do not represent the same person because: Thank you for the suggestion, however Jean ii is the legitimate son of duke Jean i, while jan meeuwe is his bastard son, so the two people are actually half-brothers. Nevertheless I strongly doubt that an exact date of birth is known for Jan Meeuwe, and according to a quick check he seems to have died in 1310 rather then 1312. I added these dates based on the french wikipedia page for Jean (listed in the references), but the article doesn't give a reference so I'll edit the dates. Both their spouses were called Margareta however, but these are also two separate persons.
Reginar-21 and Reginar-2 appear to represent the same person because: Date of birth and death are the same. The spouses are both Margaret and Reginar-2 has a mother unlike Reginar-21. Are propose the merge and use the information for Reginar-2 as correct
