If she married Gearheart in 1791 and Jacob Troup in 1804, Shouldn't she be known as (Renfro) Troup? and Not (Renfro) Gearheart?

Troup was the last name that she went by. Curious because I am an ancestor of Jacob Troup. Just wanting to check my tree.

The marriage data for Troup is currently only anecdotal, as there is no Jacob Troup profile attached as a 2nd spouse.
