Biography

Irene Rewis was born about 1851 in Georgia, the daughter of Robert Daniel Rewis and Bethany Anderson Rewis. In 1850 she lived in Ware County, Georgia with her parents and siblings^[1]. .

In 1860, she lived with her widowed mother Bethany and her siblings in Columbia County, Florida^[2].

She married Henry Smith in Sumter County, Florida 29 July 1877^[3][4].

In 1900 they lived in Cedar Key, Florida^[5].

Their son, M.B. Frank Smith, died in 1907^[6].
