Biography

Effie Reynolds was born 27 Aug 1918 in Plum Bush, Roane, West Virginia to George Reynolds and Mary Runnion. She married twice, her first husband was Dorsey Bowers in 1938, they had the following children:

1. Emma Lou Bowers b.1938​​
2. Kenneth Bowers b.1944

These children are found on later records using Effie's second husband's last name of Mace.

Her second husband was Freer Romey Mace (1898–1968) they married on 21 May 1951 in Tazewell, Tazewell, Virginia, United States... A month before the birth of their son. They had the following children:
