One might think that, but there in the past there were a lot of mistakes made on headstones, census, birth and death records, etc. For this person within her family while I just looked around a little I found documentation that stated, "Rhines," "Rhine," "Rine," and "Rines." The profile will be noted that further research is needed to confirm the correct spelling. Thank you.
