Aaron wrote his last will and testament on 20 May 1848. [3] Aaron made bequests to his children John and Aaron and Mary Fairless and to his granddaughter Nancy Fleming. Further bequests were made to Jane Fairless, Joseph Nattrass and Thomas Kidd.
Aaron's death was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1849 in the Weardale district.[4]
