Biography

Lydia Richardson was born 29 Sep 1784 in Massachusetts. She was the only child of Israel Richardson and his second wife Miriam Wheeler. [1]

Lydia married Francis Lowell of Washington, New Hampshire on Aug 4, 1806. [2]

She had built the first house in that part of Marlborough, New Hampshire known as Lowellville, and from her that village takes its name. [1]

Lydia died Dec 8, 1867 in Marlborough, New Hampshire and is buried there at Graniteville Cemetery. [3]
