One 1870 Census had Franklin listed as Frank Laine age 25, listed just below his parents but had him listed in hh 212 same hh as the listing of his parents but had a bunch of his siblings listed with him as Laines. The other 1870 Census had him listed above his parents as Frank Laine age 23 and had a Hulda age 15 with him and she belonged with her parents in hh 210 Wash Weathersby, and she was Hulda Weathersby age 10.
1880 Census Beat l, Simpson County, Mississippi, Frank age 30, married to Mary Ann, but had her listed as Ann age 38, Mary J. age 2 and Joseph age 1.
1900 Census Beat 1, Simpson County, Mississippi Frank age 46, Ann 56, Joe 19, and Margret (spelling) age 17.
1900 was the last Census found him in, there were other census that had a different Franklin Roberts, but was not him. Could not find cemetery.
