George Roberts is part of a Bahamian family.

George Roberts was probably born 22 November 1732 in Harbour Island, Bahamas to John and Martha Roberts.

He appeared in the Book C Census (1738-1740): Roberts, John; Martha; children: Benjamin, George, Miriam, Mercy/Margery, Mary, and one male slave.

George married Martha Albury, 12 April 1753, at Christ Church, Nassau, Bahamas. They had children - among them George Albury Roberts, John Roberts, Benjamin Roberts, and Mercy Roberts.
