Margaret Robins was daughter of Obedience Robins and his first wife Margaret. While Margaret Robins' marriage record is not extant, traditionally she married Dr. George Clark who died in 1650. He had arrived in Virginia with his first wife Elizabeth, who bore him a son and predeceased him.
Margaret Robins Clark married her step brother William Waters (her father widowed Obedience married widow Grace Neal Waters, mother of William) before April of 1650 when her husband's estate was recorded.
Dr. George Clarke I died before 28 April 1650 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of George Clarke was granted to Margarett Clarke, widow of the dec'd, who married William Waters. George Clarke the son of the dec'd was granted a certificate for the transportation of George Clarke Sr. & Elizabeth Clarke.[1]
Margaret was recorded living 28 February 1660 in Northampton County.[2]
