Biography

Oscar Monroe Robinson was born on Feb. 29, 1880 in Miller County, Missouri to Seth Moore Robinson and Elizabeth Jane Whittle.[1]

According to the 1900 census, Oscar lived with his parents and siblings in Miller County, Missouri.[2]

On March 17, 1904, Oscar married Emma Alice Patton Hall Hickman in Brumley, Missouri.[3]

According to the 1910 census, Oscar lived with his wife Emma Patton, their children Emma, Hazel and Ethel and his step-children Anna and Lily Hall and Homer Hickman in Miller County, Missouri.[4]

On Sep. 12, 1918, Oscar registered for the World War I draft.[5]

According to the 1940 census, Oscar lived with Emma and their son Wilford and his wife in Union County, Oregon.[6]

On April 27, 1942, Oscar registered for the WWII draft. He lived in Union County Oregon.[7]

On April 29, 1953, Oscar married Edna Suit in Bentonville, Arkansas.[8]

Oscar died on Aug. 25, 1975 in Jefferson City, Missouri.[1]

He is buried in the Gott Cemetery in Ulman, Missouri.[9]
