Debts owed by the community to: Cantrelle, Fevre, Antoine Baudouin. One item of the inventory reads "for the expenditure of his wife, Marguerite Delatte, a sum of 62 piastres. Signing the document were Pierre Bossie, jean-Pierre Bossie and Jean-Pierre Keller.

The farm, containing about 9 arpents frontage by the customary depth, is bounded below by the farm of Antoine LeBorne and above by the same. Sale announced by Antoine Tregre. Sold to Marguerite Delatte, widow of Jean-Baptiste Rodrigue for 7300 piastres.

Witnesses: Alphonse Perret, Jean Denoyer (Francois' father-in-law who stands bond for the amount held for Jean-Francois Rodrigue, a minor), Andre Deslonde.
Receipt, Jan. 18, 1804. Noel Delatte acknowledges receipt from Andry of the sum due his wife, Josephe Rodrigue, from the succession of her father, Jean-Baptiste Rodrigue. He also acknowledges receipt of the sum due Ozette Rodrigue, his niece. (Ozette was the daughter of Noel's sister, Marguerite Delatte, and Jean-Baptiste Rodrigue. Jean-Baptiste Rodrigue was married twice, so that Noel's wife is no blood relative of his).
Receipt, Jan. 18, 1804. NOel Delatte, acting for his brother, Antoine Delatte, acknowledges receipt from Andry, of the sum due Dorote Rodrigue (Antoine's wife) from the succession of her father, Jean-Baptiste Rodrigue. (Note: Noel Delatte and his brother, Antoine, married half-sisters or possibly full sisters.)
Receipt, Jan. 30, 1804. Gabriel Rodrigue acknowledges receipt from Andry of the sum due him from the succession of his father, Jean-Baptiste Rodrigue. Witnesses: Louis de Grandmont and Jean-Baptiste Vicner.
Receipt, Feb. 1, 1804. "I, Louis Picou, under my ordinary mark, and in the presence of witnesses, and as husband of Celeste Rodrigue, declare that I have received from M. Andry a sum of 60 piastres 2 escalin as her part of the first payment of the succession of my grandfather, Jean-Baptiste Rodrigue."
Receipt, Jan. 31, 1805. Nicolas Keller, acting on behalf of his wife Angelique Rodrigue declares, in the presence of Francois Rodrigue, Noel Delatte and Andre Deslonde, that he has received from Andry the sum due his wife from the succession of her father.
