Richard Charles Rogers was born in 1885 in Brunswick, Victoria, Australia, son of Matilda (Bridges) Rogers and Richard James Rogers.[1]
He married Edith Ellen Phillips in 1926 in Victoria.[2]
Richard died in 1954 in Brunswick, aged 69 years.[citation needed]
