Henry was born in 1847. He was the son of Timothy Rogers and Ann Lloyd. Except for the four years he spent as a merchant in Eversley, Henry spent all his life on the old homestead in King Twp. He was a conservative in politics.
Henry and Janet Scott were married in 1875. They had one adopted daughter, Mary Alice Bell. Henry passed away in 1897 at the age of nearly fifty years.
