Rebecca was born on 14 May 1789 in Weldersborough (now Barre), Vermont. She was the daughter of Samuel Rogers and Hannah (Sinclair) Rogers.
Rebecca Rogers married Rice Eaten on February 29, 1808.[1]

In her will proved in 1837,[3] Rebecca Eaton, identifies herself as formerly of Pomfret in Chautauqua County New York, now of the city of new York, widow of Moses Rice Eaton. She left her father, Samuel Rogers, of Sheridan, Chautaqua county, a tract of land, to use in his lifetime; on his death it would revert ot her daughter Angeline Rebeccas Eaton and her heirs.
