Biography
Charles was born in 1859. He was the son of Henry Rogers and Emma Higbee. He lived with his parents and siblings in Provo, Utah, Utah in 1860[1] and 1870.[2] They lived in Utahville, Maricopa, Arizona in 1880, where Charles was farming.[3]
Charles married Mary Elizabeth Sorenson, née Robson, a widow with three children, on 23 Jun 1892 in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona.[4] They had two children.
Charles lived in Globe, Gila, Arizona Territory in 1900, where he was a saloonkeeper.[5] In 1910, Charles was a mining prospector in Globe,[6] but moved to California, where he lived with Mary and his child in Santa Monica, Los Angeles California. He was no longer working, as he had his own money.[7]
Chuck passed away in Globe in 1921 from chronic nephritis.[8]
