Biography
Robert Jackson Ross was born in 1815 in Virginia, his father, John, was 41 and his mother, Hannah, was 34. He married Elizabeth (Betsey) Adkins on June 18, 1840, in Cabell, West Virginia. They had five children during their marriage. He died in 1902 in Kentucky having lived a long life of 87 years, and was buried in Toledo, Ohio.
Robert and Elizabeth had four other children that are not listed because I have been unable to find any information on them at this point, They are George Ross, Robert Ross Jr., Nancy Ross & Jane Ross.
