By the time of the 1834 census, he had moved to his uncle Andreas Jakob Rudolph's household #216. It appears that his uncle was unmarried at age 58. Heinrich most likely helped him farm his land and would eventually take over the property upon his uncle's death.
It says in the census the Heinrich is Andreas Jakob Rudolph's nephew by an unnamed brother, but his name and parents are found in the 1798 census:
Head of the Household Andreas Jakob Rudolph, age 58, from household #213
Nephew by Unnamed Brother Heinrich Rudolph, age 41, nephew by an unnamed brother
Wife of Nephew Katharina Margaretha Rudolph, age 36
Grandchild #1 Maria Christina Rudolph, age 15
Grandchild #2 Johann Jakob Rudolph, age 12 years 6 months
By 1857, Heinrich's uncle Andreas Jakob Rudolph had passed away and Heinrich had become the head of the household that included his son, daughter-in-law, and one grandchild.
