Biography

Placido Ruffino is born 25 October 1870 and baptized the next day. He is the son of Andrea Ruffino and Arcangela Fruja. His godmother is Maria Antonia Marsalisi, wife of Giuseppe Tamburello.[1]

Placido appears on the Entella in the second half of 1890, going to New Orleans. This is a partial list from the manifest:
