Biography
Mary was born in 1848. Mary was the child of Phillip Sanders and Sarah Compton. She married John MacDougall, son of Archibald MacDougall and Louisa Ladner MacDougall. Mary passed away in or after 1882, since her last child, Henry Sanders MacDougal was born in 1882. Since the Island Register source cited below says that all of John MacDougall's three wives left him, I still cannot make any assumptions that Mary lived past the birth of her youngest child, as she could have left John in a pregnant condition.
