For what it's worth, on 2 Feb 1809 an Alexander Graham sold 304 acres in Anderson County to a John Sartin of Anderson County for the sum of $400.00. Later that same year John sold the 304 acres to Isaac Sartin for $400.00. This land figures in the Sartin family for many years. See the Anderson book of deeds, volume C1, pp 327-331. Seems like John and Isaac are related somehow.
