DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Christopher by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Christopher:
Dorothy Saunders, author, has an outline of Christopher and gives 7 children. Wife Elizabeth Unknown, presumably by 1675 in Windsor. Had a brother George. No child named Paul, John or William. Came from Windsor and removed to Rehoboth after chartering Brisol. Found in Bliss in Rehoboth.
Because of the similarity in birth dates (both Oct 1665) that perhaps John and Christopher were conflated. But John s/o John and Hannah married Return Shattuck.
I would be very suspicious of this birthdate, because it belongs to someone else and I didn't find a birth for Christopher at American Ancestors.
This person is really elusive. He has some brief mentions as Mr. Christopher Sanders in Rehoboth, and a Christopher Sanders registered and earmark in Bristol RI, but nothing about wife and children. It was a John Sanders who married Mary Dolliver not Christopher. Torrey's only reference to Christopher says: "Sanders, Christopher & Elizabeth ___; m. by 1675. Residences: Windsor, CT, Bristol, RI and Rehoboth, Mass. Savage's Gen Dictionary entry:"SANDERS, CHRISTOPHER, Windsor 1671, came short time bef. as seems prob. had Daniel, wh. d. 22 Dec. 1675, at 11 days old; Susanna, b. 20 Nov. 1676; Daniel, again 27 Oct. 1678; and
Elizabeth 30 Apr. 1681; and it may be he was unsuccess. in trade, and rem. to Rehoboth, for one of this name was there 1690."

I would also question attached child Paul
