Web Editor Notes: Visitation of Essex 1558 states that Lewis married daughter of Thos. Blount; the Shropshire Visitation 1623 lists Anne Blount married to a [G] Eyton, but indicates she is daughter of John Blount; finally, “Shropshire Genealogies" by George Morris, Vol. I. p. 279, states Lewis Eyton had 2 wives: 1st, Annie, daughter of Sir John Savage of Rock Savage, Co. Chester, Knight, and 2nd, to [Anne?]______, daughter of Thos Blount, Esq., but indicates all children from Anne Savage. 8.
