Biography
Juan Pedro "Pierre" Savant, son of Pedro Mateu Savant and Francisca Manuel, was born on 26 Nov.. 1784 and baptized on 3 Dec. 1874 in the Roman Catholic Church in New Orleans.[1]
He married Marie Louise Guillory, daughter of Jean Louis Belaire Guillory and Marie Jeanne Fontenot, on 30 Nov. 1805, the marriage was recorded at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.[2]
His succession was dated Dec. 1839 in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.[2]
