Biography

Frank was born in 1923. He was the son of Luke Scamardi and Lena Poncio. He passed away in 1997. [1]

Note: Frank was named as "Benjamin F" in the 1930 US Census. All other records (including 1940 US Census) show his name as Frank or Frank Paul.
