James Scarborough first wife was unknown (Elizabeth Thigpen) and their children were: Lawrence born October 22, 1767, and died October 1, 1846, in Union Parish, Louisana; Allen moved to Burke County, George, later to Pulaski County, Georgia, where his will was probated September 1819; Noah, possibly because he was also in Burke County, Georgia records.
