Biography

Birth

Ludwig was born on March 27, 1880 in Pleasant Mound, MN to William Schwarz and Amelia (Luedtke) Schwarz. He was the second of their 7 children.[1]


Family

Ludwig married twice.

On March 9, 1909, at the age of 28, Ludwig married Leta May Bockus (1893-unknown) in Santa Barbara, CA.[2] They divorced sometime before his second marriage.

On June 4, 1912, at the age of 32, Ludwig married Neruda Nielsen in Los Angeles, CA.[3]


Death

On November 4, 1946, at the age of 66, Ludwig passed away in Portland, OR. He is buried in Saint John Lutheran Cemetery in Wheaton, MN.[4][5]
