Biography

Ruth Scott was baptized 17 Sep 1758 at Scarborough's Second Church, the daughter of Samuel Scott and Susannah Perry, d probably at Saint David, NB, possibly bef 30 Apr 1817, when her husband executed a series of deeds to a son and two sons-in-law, none of which were cosigned by Ruth (namely Charlotte Co deeds H:141, 150, O:491); m at Machias, 20 Apr 1777, her first cousin, Benjamin Foster. ^[2]
