Mina was born on November 3, 1881 in Moniteau County, Missouri and a daughter of Joseph Scott and Lydia Hutchison. Mina married James Kiely on April 8, 1900 in Moniteau County, Missouri. She passed away on October 22, 1966 and buried in the Crown Cemetery east of California, Moniteau County, Missouri.[1]
