Glenn A. "Glenn" Seay was born 1832 in Spartanburg Co., SC, the son of Williamson Seay and Mary P. (Barnett) Seay. He was the brother of Eleanor Seay, Hamilton Seay, Rial B. Seay, Harriett A. (Seay) Brannon and Sarah J. (Seay) Cook. Glenn's brother, Capt. Rial Seay and brother-in-law, Private Alfred Cook fought in the Civil War. It is possible that Glenn fought also. He also went by his initials, AG.
Glenn married Louisa E. Finch. They had the following children:

Glenn died August 19, 1895 in Marion County, Alabama. He is buried at Cooper Cemetery in Marion County Alabama.[1]
