Biography

Willis Selman migrated from Tennessee to Texas.

Willis Simpson Selman was born on January 26, 1870 in Jewett, Leon, Texas, United States, son of Willis Evans Selman (1842–1931) and Martha Jane Simpson (1845–1891).^{[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]}

Willis (19) married Louisa Needham (19) (born December 25, 1870 in McNairy, Tennessee, United States; daughter of David Weaver Needham (1845–1928) and Mary Adeline (Sanders) Needham (abt. 1846–1927)) on January 12, 1890 in Freestone, Texas.^[6] Their children were:
