Attestation Papers,WW1 - Florence Sennett (next of kin Mrs M. E. Sennett) signed up as a nurse in the Duchess of Connaught Coy. She stated she was born 11 Feb 1872 in Lindsay, Victoria, Ontario.

Canadian Great War Project entry gives the following information: Nursing sister Florence Sennett, Canadian Army medical corp, Duchess of Connaught Canadian Red Cross Hospital, Taplow, Buckinghamshire, born 11 feb 1872 Lindsay, Victoria Co., Ontario, single, nok Mrs. Sennett, 1546 Gladstone Av., Toronto, Ontario, chest 42 inches expansion 3 inches, height 5 foot 2 inches, religion Roman catholic. Survived (war)

The News (Walkerville, ON), 25 Jul 1935, p. 3 "Social events of the week: At their summer home at Cedar Beach, Kingsville, Mr and Mrs C Eugene Sennett entertained at a supper party Saturday Evening the occasion being their eleventh wedding anniversary.. They have as their guest Mr Sennetts sister Florence Sennett of San Francisco, California, who will be with them for a few weeks."
