Jean Baptiste SainJor was born and baptized on 11 Jun 1760 in Notre-Dame-de-Liesse parish of Rivière-Ouelle, Canada, Nouvelle-France. His parents were Pierre Sainjor and Marie Ursule Martin.[1]

Marriage
Jean St-Jor married Marie Josephe Laplante, daughter of Joseph Laplante and Marie Anne Migneau, on 15 Jul 1790 in Saint-Jean Baptiste parish of L'Isle-Verte, Province of Québec.[2]

Death and Burial
Jean Sergerie, husband of Marie Laplante, passed away on 7 Oct 1817 being given the age of around 57 years on the record. His burial was the following day in Saint-Louis parish cemetery of Kamouraska.[3]
