Frederick was born on the 12 April, 1821, London, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom. He was the first Baron Alcester.[1]
Frederick passed on 30 March, 1895, London, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom, and his title became extinct as he had never married and had no children, although it is noted (*https://en.wikiipedia.org/wiki/Beauchamp_Seymour_1st _Baron_Alcester), that he probably had a partner by the name of Agnes Sinclair and they had a son, Admiral Sir Hugh Francis Paget Sinclair KCB.
In his will he left the balance of his estate to Agnes Sinclair for her lifetime, and upon her death, two fifths were left to Frederick Charles Horace Sinclair and one fifth each to Hugh Francis Paget Sinclair, Claude Sinclair and Evelyn Sinclair.[2]
